A young lady sunbathing on a concrete bench causes a bit of a stir, A Macau ferry at sunset in Hong Kong waters, it looks like the Hong Kong Observation Wheel will be around for another few years, a gorgeous Peak Road view, E - Bikes - big in China and now catching on in Hong Kong and a fabulous yellow Ferrari in Central.

Lamma Island, honestly it is not my favourite place to visit, however as a visitor you should really go! I cannot put my finger on it but it has never really interested me, I much prefer to visit Cheung Chau Island..... It is 3 years to the day since I visited Lamma (10.6.14) and the weather was hot and sunny and yet my images do not convey this at all.... it seems drab and mainly it is because that no matter where you are on the Island the 3 smokestacks from the Electricity Power Plant seem to be in the background.

Do visit with me and remember my tours of Hong Kong are kid friendly.

Well this young lady caught me by surprise, I was minding my own business walking to the Lamma Island Ferry Pier when I noticed her, it was so out of place, a concrete bench in a very public place and it sure looked like she was taking a lot of selfies... undoubtedly she is a major player on Instagram.... anyway, a jolly nice start to the day.

Sunset, on my way back from Lamma Island and a pretty decent shot of the Hong Kong to Macau Turbojet Ferry whizzing by at high speed.... WOW!

Well it looks like the visually pretty Hong Kong Observation Wheel (Hong Kong Eye!) is going to be around until at least 2020 as the contract has just been renewed... I have to say I am not a fan mainly because as usual the Government messed up.. the EYE should have been on Kowloon side looking towards Hong Kong Island but what do I know!?

There is a place on Peak Road on the way to the Peak where on a sunny day you can get this magnificent view overlooking Aberdeen.... one slight problem, there is no footpath here and you are at the mercy of a lot of traffic coming up the hill and it can be quite terrifying when large buses, trucks and coaches go by! still it is worth it. WOW!

E - bikes - very big business in China, it is a multi billion US$ business and we have a first e - bikes now in Hong Kong, you hire them using an app... honestly I think they are a waste of time as they look pretty ugly and why is it green? green is seen as an unlucky colour in Hong Kong... I can see them catching on in the New Territories (plenty of open space and bike tracks) but NOT in urban Kowloon or on Hong Kong Island.

If I owned this lovely yellow Ferrari I would have a grin on my face as well, what a magnificent car... Ferrari has a very strong presence in Hong Kong and for that I am grateful.

I was in the IFC Mall heading to the Ferry Pier when I came across this strange shop, strange because it is called ACNE Studios. I guess they got the name spot on.

...and I have to say the hot and sunny weather brings out the very best of Hong Kong... isn't that one of the most magnificent skylines in the world?! - totally awesome, oh and it is the view of Hong Kong Island from Kowloon.

No. 3 on my personal favourite list, the awesome BMW M3, what a car, ok it may not do 200mph but by golly it is amazingly fast and just SO cool.

Oh my golly gosh, the simply amazing Pagani Hypercar, hand made in Italy
