The Symphony of Lights - 8pm daily in Hong Kong, the lady with the great pair of shoes, the almost mystical HSBC Lions, the richest guy in Thailand and his lovely Maybach and telling the time the Cartier way,

This me being somewhat starstruck, I was in the Hotel Icon waiting for my client and 5 blokes came and stood buy me with their luggage, it occurred to me that being Brits they might be famous, there was just something about the luggage, the way they talked and the way they looked that set the memory bells off... after 2 minutes I could not stand it so I just walked up to them and said, "excuse me, I am sorry to interrupt but are you chaps famous" - they thought this was pretty funny.. anyway long story short, this was "The Damned" who I remember from a misspent youth, along with the Sex Pistols and the Clash they started the Punk Rock movement.. anyway they were jolly nice chaps and agreed to pose for an image or two.. they had just done a concert in Hong Kong the previous night.... I love it when famous people are gracious and they really were... and how can you not love a band who has a band member called Monty Oxymoron!! he is the chap with the frizzy hair... just brilliant guys and a big thank you, you made my day.

The Symphony of Lights, Laser Light Show, taken from TST Promenade in Kowloon at roughly 8.11pm on quite a clear night.... whilst is could be better it is still worth watching for first time visitors... and frankly the view of Hong Kong Island across the harbour at night is simply amazing!

This image also made my day, a rather charming young lady with a lovely sense of humour.... screw you!

One of 2 HSBC lions in Hong Kong. Very, very lucky, Enough said.

The chap on the left is an employee of the Peninsula Hotel, he and his crew ensure NO madness and mayhem occurs outside the Hotel... my understanding is that the awesome Maybach in the image is owned by the richest guy in Thailand who spends a lot of time in Hong Kong.

In Hong Kong when you look at watch adverts, all the dates are set at 8, 18, or 28 being that 8 is such a lucky number!!

Frank and Caroline at my spot at the Peak, February 2017, it really is the most amazing city view in the world.

There was 20+ Ferrari's parked at the Sky Marriott Hotel out near the Airport last Saturday, oh my.... it was pretty amazing to see them there....

The Court of Final Appeal, Hong Kong. Simply stunning.
