Me, 45 years ago, fabulous Chocolate Creations at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a full English fry up vs feet, more random passengers on the MTR and the Rolls Royce that belongs to Cecil.

Hong Kong 1972, from the Peak and boy did it look different... I arrived in Hong Kong on January 11th 1972 from Yorkshire in England and I am still here 45 years later. I live in one of the most amazing cities in the world.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong has the happy knack of always outdoing it's gobsmackingly brilliant chocolate creations... Chinese New Year is coming up and this is the theme at the moment as we look forward to the Year of the Rooster. Simply brilliant.
