View fullsize For the past couple of years I have randomly and frequently gone into the Felix Bar in the Peninsula Hotel - it has floor to ceiling windows and has a fabulous view from the 28th floor and yet for some bizarre reason wooden window blinds completely spoilt the view... I was in there a few days ago and finally common sense has prevailed and the blinds have been raised allowing the view... it begs the question why it took years for them to figure it out.
