It my pleasure to spend 2 days with Nina Lipkowitz and her husband John showing them the sights and sounds of Hong Kong... Nina is a brilliant artist and a very keen photographer and has shared some rather gruesome images of food available around Asia, not for the squeamish or faint hearted and certainly not for an English guy with a very sensitive stomach.... I have to say that the dog image is just plain nasty.

When in Tai O on Lantau Island I like to pop into Melt which is run by Alma who is very friendly and welcoming... Melt has a Facebook page as well - they make fabulous smoothies, my favourite is strawberry!
