Hong Kong Private Tours | It's all about Hong Kong dogs and bugs today..

A gorgeous red Ferrari, alien gardeners are working near the Hotel Conrad and yes, more images of my favourite Hong Kong spider.

It's  alive!

It's  alive!

You know how some days you wake up and just can't be arsed (pardon my french) well I am having one of those days.. I can't put my finger on why I feel this way, probably it is the weather, we are having awful weather at the moment, heavy cloud, rain, yesterday it was muggy and very smoggy, not good touring weather at all and of course rainy cloudy weather means less photo opportunities..

So today I just can't be bothered spending hours putting together images and thinking up witty one liners..

Yes, this is a dog and yes it is lying in a pool on the south side of the Peak on Lugard Road. Yahoo.

Wow, another dog image

Wow, another dog image

Said dog has just spotted the owner who was somewhat miffed that the dog was lying in the water, it sounded like she called the dog Nobby (maybe in honour of Nobby Stiles, famous English footballer and World Cup winner) but that can't be right.. maybe Noggy or Oggy? who knows and more to the point, who care's.

Very, very sweet

Very, very sweet

I quite often walk into the traffic to get an image of a gorgeous car

Well, they look real enough

In between the Island Shangri - la Hotel and the Hotel Conrad at Admiralty on the Island is a little patch of garden ( I cannot figure out who owns it ) and there are some weird pieces of art on display like these "gardeners" - what more proof does one need that aliens are living in plain sight amongst us.

Given we have so little wildlife I am very grateful that we have the Golden Orb spider as it is a real talking point particularly when you meet the giant ones or this one that looks disturbingly human....

Weird

Another one of my "can't be bothered day" images - a tree with some odd stuff growing out of it... pretty pointless really.

Scraping the barrel

Some reflections of buildings work, this one does not.

Oh my

A gorgeous view of Aberdeen and Lamma Island from Peak Road.

A bloody great big moth

Thanks Emily for spotting this giant moth when we were spider spotting - it was huge and probably not a man eater.
