I have lived in Hong Kong for 49 years, my wife is Asian, Hong Kong born with Cantonese as a first language with English as a second language she works in an International School, we have 3 adult sons aged 21, 27 and 38, the two youngest live and work in Hong Kong, our oldest lives and works in London, UK.
In a nutshell I know Hong Kong and I know the culture
I have done quite a few tours with Hong Kong Residents since 2011 and I have done 300+ tours since 2011 with 1, 2 and 3 ladies only from mainly English speaking countries in addition to HK Residents.

I make extensive use of public transport, which can be a bit of a culture shock to some!
you may laugh and think I am joking but I have the ability to do an 8 hour tour of Hong Kong sat in the comfort of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Lobby in Central or any great Hotel that has comfortable seating, I am as they say a natural storyteller but am not in any shape or form an old stuffed shirt, I can be blunt and I have a great sense of humour
at a more simple level you may just want some company, allowing you to enrich your understanding of this fabulous city, Hong Kong.
and if you are into photography then I can help, I have taken many professional photographers out on a tour to explore the streets of Hong Kong but I do not do photography tours of Hong Kong as such, I do NOT teach photography but I have a very expensive Sony camera which takes amazing shots in all manner of lighting conditions - you will see links all over my site that lead to my Flickr site where I showcase my 128,000 + images of Hong Kong I am at best an enthusiastic amateur but I love to take pictures and Hong Kong is a dream location.
