Finding World War 2 ruins in Hong Kong is not easy, most of them are in very inaccessible places... the Pinewood Battery at the Peak is quite easy but it does require a bit of a trek through the "jungle". 

Essentially you walk along Lugard Road for about 35 minutes and you will come across the signs in the images and then you simply follow them. 

I am not kidding about the Golden Orb spider, I came across 5 of them in close proximity and right next to the path you walk on very close to the Pinewood Battery so be careful!!

..... and make sure you stop and admire the view on Lugard Road!
