The reason Hong Kong is safe is because of our fine Police Force

A hand held image of the fantastic view from the Peak on the night of the blood moon, an ex mouse meets it's maker on the Peak and the colourful parade of Taoist Priests at the Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple.

The Police Tactical Unit or PTU patrolling at the the Mongkok site of the Student Protests.

Hong Kong is one of the safest cities in the world and that's a fact and that is simply because we have one of the finest Police Force's in the world.

I have been out every day in amongst the student protests and I have been staggered by the level of abuse hurled at our Policeman who are simply doing their job. Hong Kong has always had a rule of law and quite simply, these student protesters have broken the law and are still breaking the law and the Police are showing admirable restraint in dealing with these immature kids who are disorganised and spit the dummy at every turn oh and by the way are causing major damage to Hong Kong for a cause that they simply cannot win.

Essentially if you oppose the students you are either a Government stooge or a Communist sympathizer! they have only one position and that is their's, they get furious if you do not agree with them.

... and our Press should print in full Article 45 of our basic law which is very clear on Democracy in Hong Kong and was set in stone in 1990.

No other civilised country in the world would tolerate these illegal protests nor would their Police tolerate the abuse that our Police Force has been subjected to.

It is time the rule of law was re-established in Hong Kong lest we descend into anarchy.,

Oh, these protests have caused 3 of my clients to cancel tours, so yeah, it's personal

Oh my, what a view and on the night of the blood moon.

A very rare sight at the Peak a somewhat sorry looking ex mouse!

A very solemn ceremony at the Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple - rather random but very colourful and those are Taoist Priests

Rol and Tacie enjoying the view from my spot at the Peak

Hong Kong has over 18,500 taxi's most of them seem to be at the airport!

I do private walking tours around Hong Kong, I am on the streets every day and I have a somewhat interesting perspective of this wonderful city I have called my home for 38 years. My private walking tours are perfect for visitors who want a detailed overview of Hong Kong prior to exploring on their own and for people who are only here for a day or two who want to make the most of their limited time here.

Many clients book me for their first full day in Hong Kong, they get to see the best that Hong Kong has to offer + a crash course on our wonderful public transport system and then they go exploring for the rest of their stay armed with step by step instructions and recommendations from me....

I am available at very short notice, I get many last minute bookings and may well be available even if you arrive in Hong Kong without making plans! so please check my calendar, if it says I am free then I am available to do a tour!! Simply send me a message for a prompt reply

...oh, and if you book a tour then you are booking a tour with me, I do not employ other guides.

All images taken with a Sony RX 1r camera - it produces amazing images!
