It is hard to believe that the budget for the West Kowloon Cultural District was approved in 1998 and still no buildings, in fact they have only just started construction! a classic case of Government inertia

Fook Lam Moon is where the gazillionaires go for lunch and is great for a) celebrity spotting and b) car and number plate spotting. The restaurant is in Wanchai about 5 minutes walk from the train station.
I doubt I am going to be stepping inside anytime soon!
